Refund Policy

Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making any purchase on Sound Legacy. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

All sales of digital music licenses and subscription plans on Sound Legacy are final. We do not offer refunds on digital goods once access has been granted or a file has been downloaded.

1. Single Track Licenses

All single track license purchases are non-refundable. Because music licenses are digital goods that are delivered immediately upon purchase, we are unable to issue refunds once a license has been granted and the track has been made available for download.

Before purchasing, please review the license tier descriptions carefully to ensure you are selecting the correct license for your intended use. If you have questions about which license is right for your project, please contact us before purchasing.

2. Subscription Plans

Subscription fees are non-refundable. This applies to both monthly and annual billing plans.

  • Monthly subscriptions — You may cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial month refunds are issued.
  • Annual subscriptions — You may cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the annual billing period. No pro-rated refunds are issued for unused months.

To cancel your subscription, log in to your account and manage your plan through your dashboard, or contact us for assistance.

3. Exceptions

We may issue a refund or credit at our sole discretion in the following limited circumstances:

  • You were charged more than once for the same purchase due to a technical error.
  • You were charged for a subscription renewal after canceling, due to a verified platform error.
  • The music file delivered was corrupted or unusable and we are unable to provide a working replacement.

To request an exception, please contact us within 7 days of the charge at soundlegacymusic.com/contact with your order details.

4. Enterprise & Custom Licenses

Enterprise and custom licensing agreements are governed by the individual contract terms agreed upon between Sound Legacy and the licensee. Refund terms for enterprise agreements are outlined in the applicable contract.

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, your account may be suspended pending investigation. We encourage you to reach out to us directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a dispute.
